the value for money was incredible - we got so much for what we paid. Secondly, the attention to detail was impeccable, from the beautifully decorated rooms to the local products featured in the delicious breakfast. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, always there to assist us with anything we needed. Lastly, the location was perfect, tucked away in a nondescript alleyway, providing a quiet and serene atmosphere.
All was fantastic, no improvements needed.

We had an amazing stay with the staff at the riad. We are from New Zealand and was our first time in Morrocco. The staff and the atmosphere of the Riad made us feel very welcome. We cried when we had to leave a beautiful place and people. We became family in a very short time, we were only there 4 days. The rooms were comfortable the pool was great and the food was lovely Morroccan dishes, cooked by the talented chef Halima. Thanks to all the staff for taking such great care of us, Manager Amal. Mohammad, Fatima, Zineb, Halima. Thank you all

Attentive staff and great location, perfect for me. Restaurant Amira, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining: D
Not obvious to find.

The people who work there are delightful! Amal and Muhammad go out of their way to make you feel at home and help with everything you need. The breakfast is excellent (and huge!), the rooms comfortable and gorgeous and the pool perfect after a hot day in the Medina. The rooms were impeccably clean daily and the sheets and towels very soft.
Our room which had two floors was difficult to keep cold upstairs without freezing our son who stayed downstairs. But such a small complaint when you are staying in a building of a thousand years!

The staff are absolutely wonderful. We had a wonderful time. The guides which were recommended were excellent. We enjoyed sightseeing in the morning and relaxing in the afternoon beside the pool on the roof terrace when Mohammed was on hand to supply snacks, fruit and mint tea

The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we made our booking, and spoke both English and French very well. Upon arriving at the riad we were struck by how much more beautiful it was even than it looked on the website; our room and bathroom were large, wonderfully-furnished and spotlessly clean, and the rest of the riad was luxurious and welcoming. Breakfast was great, served by the picturesque pool every morning by the extremely nice Mohammed. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff - I'd wholeheartedly recommend this riad.
As vegetarians, the evening meal provided consisted of vegetables and little else, but this seems to be true of most of Fes! Otherwise, perfect.

Each room was uniquely designed by Francoise, the owner, with typically stylish Moroccan features. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. You can take your breakfast by the pool or have it inside the featured courtyard/centrepiece of the Riad, both are excellent options. The owners and their staff can arrange a pick up from the airport and also trips to see the local sites. they also provide some superb evening meals cooked in the traditional fashion. All in all, a good choice.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel tucked away in a nondescript alleyway. The attention to detail in the beautifully restored rooms was impressive. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, offering tea and pastries upon arrival. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bustling medina.
Wi-Fi could use improvement.

Extremely welcoming staff. Calm and peaceful despite being within the old medina. Good food. Met me at the railway station. Arranged a first class English speaking guide to show me all the sights of Fes. Highly recommend.
My room was lovely but perhaps could have looked a little more special to give the total Moroccan experience.

The hotel had great facilities, including a beautiful terrace for breakfast and a cozy lounge area with a fireplace. Its location in a nondescript alleyway was perfect for exploring this city's bustling souks. We also appreciated the attentive and friendly staff who made us feel welcome.
Nothing all excellent.

The hotel has loads of character and is in a central location to the medina. There is a swimming pool near the courtyard and a rooftop terrace It was a perfect match with our expectations of Fes and the Moroccan culture. The bedroom (top floor) was spacious with air conditioning, and the bathroom was clean and attractive. The hotel staff (Amal, Mohammed and Halima) were all very friendly and helpful. We arrived by train around 9:00pm and had an excellent meal (booked in advance) served to us by the pool. Aziz, our tour guide (organized by the manager Amal), was excellent, with a relaxed, well-informed style. I took a thoroughly enjoyable cooking class there with Halima (hopefully the correct spelling) and Amal. We cooked our entire dinner for that evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Everything was excellent. The food, the location, the staff was really friendly, and the rooms were amazing. They even threw a birthday party for a guest and we all go to join in with the party, with cake and dancing and music!! Best stay in morocco.
